I love stuff, and the health benefits are endless! What;s even better is that new health crazes bring matcha to the forefront of shopping lists, and when there’s fdemand, theres accessbility.
So really, there’s no excuse not to pick your self up a bag of this green tea power packed goodness.
I decided to go for an all greens version of my usual protein pancake stack, and to be hoenst I was a little nervous about the tatse, as you could imagine “all greens” and pancakes may not work so well together.
But surprise sureprise – these bad boys were delicious!
Additonally I melted down some raw cacao and topped with greek yoghurt, & it worked an absolute treat!

Fat: 7.6 grams
Carbs: 55 grams
Calories: 434 per serve
What You Need.
1 Scoop Choc Mint Protein Powder
1/3 Cup Oats
1 tsp Matcha Powder
1 tsp Maca Powder
1 tsp Organic Detox Mix – Superfood
1 – 2 Tbsp Water to blend if needed
What You Do.
For the quickest and easiest process, place all ingredients into your blender and blend on high until well combined
Heat a medium pan with a small spoonful of coconut oil
Carefully pour out your desired pancake size into your pan, I always go for small so you can easily flip and stack.
These pancakes are quick to cook & may not bubble, so be sure to keep an eye on them!
Flip when required and plate on up!
