Heavy Metal Detox

This is strictly an Food Matters recipe, so all the more credit to them!

This was one of my favourite drinks throughout the 7 Day FMTV Cleanse this week.

Super refreshing and delicious, and in the spirit of finishing off the cleanse feeling super renewed, I wanted to share this one with you all!

This smoothie is created to literally pull heavy metals out of your organs where they can often accumulate over periods of time, how crazy is that!

So get to sipping yourself to a cleaner, healthier version of yourself!

What You Need.
Handful fresh or frozen Blueberries
1/2 Lemon
1 generous handful of Coriander
1 generous handful of Parsley
1 Tsb Chia Seeds
Generous pour of Coconut Water
* NOTE: ensure the coconut water of choice does not contain any additional sugars

What You Do.
Pop all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend on high until well combined.
This little drink can keep for up to two days and freezes well, so its always a good idea to double the recipe and keep for an emergency brekky or lunch!
