Choc – Mint Green Smoothie

During the cleanse there was a variety of smoothies to slurp up for brekky and believe it or not but this was one of them! I was all over this smoothie like a seagull on a hot chip, it was simply that delicious.

So just like all good things, they need to be shared!

I have found a new love with cacao and this smoothie combo with mint was perfect to get me through those crazy mornings at work.

What You Need.
1 Handful of Fresh Mint Leaves
1 scoop Protein Powder
1 tsp Cacao Powder
1 Handful of Spinach
1/2 Avocado
1 Banana
Almond Mlyk to blend

What You Do.
Place all of your ingredients into a blender and whiz on high until smooth and creamy!
Sprinkle with raw cacao nibs and slurp away.

This little smoothie is perfect to freeze and keeps well for up to two days, so making double your recipe is always a good idea
