Bang On Baked Brownies

Totally gluten free and totally good for your insides!

These fugde filled decadent chocolate brownies are oh so delicious and a great go to dessert for throughout the week! With a protein pack hit, how could you say no?

These bad boys are rich and quite dark in flavour, so if you prefer your brownies on the sweeter side, add in additional maple syrup or vanilla!

Be sure to taste as you go to ensure you’ve got your favourite balance of that sweet and rich combo before cooking.

Did I mention these are ridiculously quick to make ?

What You Need. 

1 can Black Beans

3 Eggs

1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder

1/4 Cup Peanut Butter

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil

1/4 Cacao Nibs

2 Tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup

2 tsp Vanilla (essence or extract)

What You Do. 

Preheat your oven to 180degrees.

Combine all ingredients into your food processor or blender, and mix on high until well combined. Scrap down the sides as you go to ensure your batter is smooth and consistent.

Be sure to taste your mixture here to ensure it’s the right level of rich and sweet. Add in additional maple syrup if desired.

Line a rectangle cake tin with baking paper and coconut oil.

Pour in your batter and place in the oven for 25minutes.

Take out and cool on a cake rack.

Note. I finished mine off with some 70% melted dark chocolate, raw hazelnuts and a sprinkle of icing sugar!
