What if I told you, that you could have pancakes that taste so delicious, but are completely gluten free! No grains no fuss. Not to mention they are packed with protein and totally wholesome ingredients!

Too good to be true? Well kittens I’m not fooling you here, these little pancakes are so delicious they are my go to staple brekky food when Saturday morning rolls around !
What You Need
2 Medium Sized Bananas
1/2 Scoop Protein Powder (vanilla works best but feel free to shake things up with other flavours!)
What You Do.
In a medium sized bowl place in your bananas and mash well with a fork. We want to get to a smooth runny conisstency before we add in our eggs!
Crack both eggs into your bowl and whisk well. Once well combined, add in your protein powder and whisk again.
In a medium frypan, melt a dollop of coconut oil and ladle out small portions of your batter. These will cook quickly (and will not bubble!) so be sure to watch these bad boys like a hawk.
Feel free to go crazy on your toppings, because let’s be honest, your worth it!
