I have been adamant on mixing up my protein ball flavours recently, and whilst scrolling through Pintrest the other day I stumbled upon a flavour combo I didn’t even think of!
These little raw balls pack a punch of taste and protein! Just thinking of how yummy they taste after gym can definitely get my butt through any sweat session.
Super quick and super simple, this is another raw meal prep treat to get you started for the week ahead!
Makes Approx 12.
What You Need.
1 cup raw Pistachios
1/2 cup finely chopped or smashed pistachios & dessicated coconut together
(this will be your coating)
1/2 cup Cashews
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 scoop Vanilla Protien Powder
Handful of roughly chopped dates
Dash of cold water to blend
What You Do.
Place ingrediants into a food processor and blend on high, be sure to stop and scrap down the sides as you go.
Add in additional cold water as needed.
Once your mixture has reached a thick consistency, scoop out portions with a teaspoon.
Roll inbetween plams and drop into your pistachio/coconut coating. Cover well and repeat.
Freeze once done and bust these bad balls out pre / post gym, or to get you out of that 3pm week day slump!
