Choc + PB Power Smoothie

This little concoction is one I love post run or post gym. Especially when you feel like you’ve hit your workout as hard as you could!

It’s brilliant for refuelling and tastes like the old school chocolate milkshakes. #win !
What You Need. 

1 large banana

1/4 cup of rolled oats

1 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein

2 tsp PB2 (this is powdered peanut butter but feel free to use the jar stuff!) – chocolate flavour

1 tsp Almond Butter

1/2 tsp Maca Powder

1 teaspoon Chia Seeds

2 Parts cold  Water

1 Part Almond Mylk

Ice (optional)

What You Do. 

Whack all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz on high for 1-2 mins.

Pour into a glass jar to serve – this way you can pop the top back on and keep for max 1 day in the fridge.
