Salted Caramel NiceCream 

Who says you can indulge in a little dessert on a Sunday morning ?

But instead of reaching for that left over cake in the fridge, how about something that will give you a all day long energy kick?

I love experimenting come  Sunday morning for my breakfast! So what better way to do so then whipping up a little NiceCream recipe for you all!
What You Need.

3 large frozen bananas

10-12 pitted and chopped dates

1tsp Unhulled Tahini

A generous squeeze of maple syrup

A dash of almond milk to blend
What You Do.

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend in high. This can take up to two minutes to ensure your NiceCream is smooth and creamy.

Scoop out into a bowl and place into freezer to chill for a few minutes.

This is the fun part. Toppings! For my little gem I used chunks of dates, activated buckinis, fresh strawberries and melted 80% mint chocolate squares, for the drizzle on top!

All these add a little something extra to your bowl. The dates allow a sweet chewyness whilst the buckinis add that extra crunch! Strawberries and the dark chocolate add a refreshing sweetness too.
