Just minus the guilt and add in the enjoyment of eating something so delicious and healthy!!
What You Need.
1/2 cup of oats
1/3 cup almond mylk (or milk of choice)
2 Tbs. PB2 (chocolate type) or any two tablespoons of a nut spread of choice
1 scoop Vanilla Protein
2 tsp Cacao powder
1 tsp Maca powder
1 Tbs. Chia Seeds
What You Do.
Layer all dry ingredients into a small to medium sized jar.
Pour in Almond Mylk, place lid on top and shake!!
Set your oats over night. If you can’t wait till tomorrow, give them a few hours in the fridge.
Pour out and serve with whatever toppings your heart desire. Pictured above I have used:
