Ultimate Greens

This is my go to green drink anyday of the week!!

I always feel out of whack when I don’t incorporate enough leafy green veggies into my diet for the week. This little juice completely balances me out & I’m left feeling energized and focused.
Every ingredient is done by the handful on this one so feel free to add as much as you like!

What You Need.
Spinach
Kale
Broccoli
Cucumber
Boychoy
1-2 apples chopped
1-2 oranges
1tsp of spirulina powder
Generous Squirt of Lemon Juice

What To Do.
Chop up all your leafy greens in order to make the blending process smoother.
Chop both oranges and apples into small chunks.
Place all ingredients into your blender and add enough  cold water to blend your juice.
Pour into jars and pop in the fridge!

Note– if you are new to green juices I would suggest diluting your drink with cold water. Just until the taste grows on you. The flavour of green juices  isn’t always everyones cup of tea but the benefits are endless!
