Matcha and Mint is a classic flavour combination of mine. Add in the sweetness of vanilla and it’s a match made in heaven.
These little balls are perfect for a sweet hit throughout the day, pre or post gym too.
I find meal prepping snacks like this really helps me to stay on track 5 days a week! With no desire to grab an overly processed snack bar or preservative rich supermarket protein ball.
It’s always comforting to know exactly what is in your food, whether that’s at brekky, lunch or dinner. So drop the packaging and go for raw natural options where you can! Your body will love you for it I promise.

What You Need
1 cup Cashews or Almonds
1 scoop Protein Powder (Vanilla)
1/2 cup Dessicated Coconut
3 sprigs of Fresh Mint
2 tsp Matcha Powder & 1tsp Maca Powder
Dash of Almond Milk to blend
What You Do
Place all ingrediants into a food processor and blend on high.
Be sure to stop every 30 seconds or so and wipe down the mixture off the sides
Blend until consistency becomes smooth and dough like.
Scoop out small portions and roll into small balls.
Roll in dessicated coconut and set to freeze.
Makes approx. 12 balls
